To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • Technical aptitude for learning and being able to explain mobile applications
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Apple (iOS), Android, and Web applications
  • Temperament and desire to help people find solutions to their issues
  • Work well independently
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work well with other team members

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving phone and email support tickets
  • Achieving a high customer satisfaction rating
  • Coordinating with associates in sales, development and product to solve customer problems and improve their user experience
  • Ensuring that your assigned tickets are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Documenting and recording reported customer bugs for development work
