What We’re Looking For
We’re looking to hire an Integrations Specialist to help develop, implement and maintain customer data integrations. They will support SalesRabbit’s new integration marketplace, build scalable, out-of-the-box integration solutions, and drive additional third party or custom integrations powered by Tray.io. They will also maintain and improve existing integrations to help adoption across our customer base.
Strong communication skills
Able to understand and interpret API documentation.
Understanding of webhooks and their merits.
Comfortable working with a REST API.
Proficient using Postman or other similar tools.
JSON and XML familiarity.
Experience working with Tray.io.
Experience working with Zapier.
Experience working with SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC APIs.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will coordinate standard and custom integration projects for SalesRabbit and our clients.
You will support our clients and Customer Success Managers. The integrations you complete are key components in the overall success plan for the clients they manage.
You will solve integration issues. Technical and process issues may arise during the initial integration or as dependent platforms change. You will troubleshoot and solve these problems.
You will serve as an integrations expert across SalesRabbit and share customer needs for automations to continually improve the integrations we offer.
You will develop and maintain high quality documentation of the integrations that we set up.
What You Should Have
2-3 years prior experience setting up software or following technical operating procedures.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple integration projects and other workloads.
Experience working directly with clients; you’re comfortable explaining complex technical processes in a concise way to contacts in varying roles and technical aptitude at an organization.
Analytical skills to measure project performance and validate success criteria.
Capability to invent new and better ways to get things done.
Accountability to colleagues and cross functional teams for large projects.
A goal-oriented mindset in improving personal skills and scaling business practises.
Strong communication to keep your key stakeholders informed on Work in Progress.
