Help Center Update

Check out our major update to Help Center portal

It’s important to us that you always feel like support is accessible and convenient. Because of that, we’re excited to announce an update to the SalesRabbit Help Center!

We won’t bother you with the details, but basically, we’ve given it a cleaner, more intuitive design. The navigation and search have also been updated and you will be able to find what you’re looking for much more easily. We have a huge resource library for you, including video tutorials, best practices, onboarding guides, and feature breakdowns.

The Help Center is a valuable resource to any customer at any stage of their experience with SalesRabbit.

For those just starting out, the first icon you’ll find is SalesRabbit’s “Getting Started” section, allowing companies the ability to launch their accounts and learn how to do administrative work, as well as access in-app tutorials to better understand the mobile app’s functionality.

If you’re using a CRM that SalesRabbit has partnered with, you can find articles guiding you through the setup process with screenshots included in the steps in our “Integrations” section.

If you don’t use a CRM SalesRabbit has partnered with, or need to push Lead information to other platforms such as Google Sheets, SalesRabbit has built out a Zapier option for you. You can push the Lead information to whichever platform needed (so long as it’s available on Zapier). It’s worth exploring Zapier – we have Zapier articles within the Integrations section, and we built out our service to push lead’s details into whichever platform you choose.

Also in the Help Center, you will find out how to use other great features SalesRabbit has to offer. This includes Leaderboards, Shared Leads, User Locations, Custom Lead Fields, and News.

As we roll out exciting new features in the new year, our Help Center will be the first to be updated. We’ve got a lot of great stuff coming, so be sure to check out our blog for constant updates and our Help Center for implementation guides.

Hi- I downloaded Sales Rabbit and filled out the 2 page form on my iphone 7.
It continues to say my email cannot be validated. I have no emails from SR either.
Would you please guide me to correct this issue?
I have been told this is a great app to use for canvassing.
