How do I get started?

Download the SalesRabbit app for iOS on the App Store or for Android on Google Play. After installing the app, open it and click the “Register for Lite” button. If you do not see this option, you may need to uninstall your current version and install the latest version.

By using the SalesRabbit free app you agree to the Terms of Service.

You’ll be asked ten quick questions so we can get a better feel for the types of people using our free app.

 

At this point, you will be sent an activation email. When that email arrives in your inbox, please open that email and click the “Activate My Account” button. This will validate that you own the email address you entered during the questionnaire.

You will now be asked to create a password. It needs to be at least 6 characters, at least 1 upper case letter, at least 1 lower case letter, and at least 1 number. After you create your password, save it by clicking the “Save Password” button

After creating the password, return to the SalesRabbit app and login with your newly created password. That’s it! You can now start using SalesRabbit for free!

What if I need help?

We don’t offer live support to users with a free account. However, we do have an extensive Help Center that all users can access. Simply login with the email and password connected to your free account.

What if I didn’t get the welcome email?

If that email does not show up in your inbox, you may have entered the wrong email address by accident. If you entered the wrong email address, you will need to restart the process and enter the correct email address. You may also want to check your Promotions or SPAM folders. If the email is there, please add SalesRabbit to your email contact list.

What if I forgot my password?

No worries. Just reset your password and you’ll be good to go.

What if my email address is already used?

You will need to use a different email address. Only one email address may be used anywhere on SalesRabbit. That means a single unique email address may be used on either the free or on a paid account but, not on both simultaneously.

How long can I keep the free account?

There currently is no time limit. It’s not a free trial, it’s a free account. That means we don’t turn off your access after a certain number of days. Keep your free account as long as you’re using it.

Can I access my leads from a web browser?

You can from a SalesRabbit paid account, but not from a free account. The free offering is only available on iOS and Android. It’s not currently available via the web app.

What is included with the free account?

Lead management and a route planner are two of the biggest things you will find for free. That includes creating leads on a map, tracking them visually, filtering by status, taking notes, setting appointments, getting scheduled reminders, and planning the quickest optimized route.

What do I get if I upgrade?

You’ll get loads of other features when you upgrade, including a web app, live U.S. based support, leaderboards, team messaging, territory mapping, a sales rep tracker, homeowner information, custom fields, lead and customer upload/export capabilities, digital contracts, the ability to attach files, and so much more. A minimum of three users is required on a paid plan.

Additionally, if you upgrade to 10 or more licenses, you will be able to export the leads you’ve entered in the free app and import them directly into your new subscription. This will allow you to access those leads in both the web and full-featured mobile apps.
